Katie Grabow LSCSW, LCSW
she/her/hers
Katie strives to provide a supportive and compassionate environment no matter where you are in your journey. We often avoid seeking help for fear we just haven't tried hard enough, lack motivation, or self-discipline. We can lose sight of our authentic selves, feel disconnected from loved ones, and feeling overwhelmed with day to day life.
It is through her own recovery from an eating disorder that allows Katie to provide an empathetic, nonjudgmental, and collaborative environment throughout your journey. There is no one size fits all approach to recovery, and Katie incorporates a mix of Mindfulness Skills, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, EMDR trained, among others, for an individualized approach for each client.

Katie accepts both Telehealth and in-person appointments at our MO & KS locations. She also accepts all insurances, private pay and sliding scale patients by request only. Insurance pre-auth may be required.

As of 5/22/23, Katie's schedule is full. Please join her wait list by emailing:

Katy Hoffman RDN, LD
she/her/hers
Katy believes in the HAES (Health At Every Size) approach to nutrition and she strongly believes that nutrition can be used as medicine. Katy takes an intentional therapeutic approach to understand how the psychological, physical, emotional, and social aspects impact how you fuel and care for your body. Katy values trust and honesty with her clients, and is very open and supportive to anyone who is seeking help - it's hard to take the first step, so she will be behind you for all of those other tough steps in the healing process! She understands that nutrition care is often not affordable and insurance may deny those seeking nutrition therapy, so she does offer reduced rates on a case-by-case basis for her nutrition services.

Katy accepts both Telehealth and in-person appointments at our MO & KS locations. Katy accepts United Healthcare insurance and reduced rates on a case-by-case basis. Insurance pre-auth may be required.

Julie Williams, LMSW
she/her/hers
Julie has been working in the mental health field for over 20 years. She has experience with disordered eating, eating disorders, body image concerns, body dysmorphia, body dysphoria, anxiety, depression, perfectionism, shame, over functioning, process disorders, and sensory processing symptoms. Modalities she uses are: CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, Motivational, Polyvagal, Expressive therapies and many others.

Julie believes in taking a non-judgmental approach and teaching people how to approach themselves with curiosity, grace, and compassion. Shame is often the root of many of our core beliefs about ourselves. We learn best through encouragement, practice, patience, and kindness; not critical, condemning environments (often our own thoughts). Julie believes in validating clients in sessions while allowing ourselves to be in curiosity instead of judgement with our thoughts and emotions.

Julie accepts both Telehealth and in-person clients at our KS location by appointment only. Private pay only, sliding scale is available on a case-by-case basis.

Lindsay Ryan MT-BC, LCMFT
they/them
Lindsay is a marriage and family therapist and they work specifically with adults and adolescents experiencing an eating disorder and trauma. Lindsay operates from a trauma-informed lens and loves them some IFS. For over a decade, Lindsay has worked from outpatient facilities to hospital levels of care and currently works as Clinical Director of an eating disorder outpatient hospitalization program in Kansas City. They love working with families, couples and patients. Lindsay’s therapy, while it has a strong basis in evidenced-based theory, is pretty casual and they don’t take themselves too seriously.
