NUTRITION COUNSELING

Individualized nutrition counseling can help you find a balance with your relationship with food, while also remaining nourished. Your dietitian will assess your needs and help give you the tools to reach your food and nutrition goals. This may include support such as meal planning, grocery shopping, family coaching, cooking sessions, or just talking to help you navigate your life and relationship to food.
